The Midwest Staff are friendly and attentive to tenant issues and requests, with responses to inquiries provided in a reasonable time and maintenance requests are actioned quickly when needed. It is also nice that the property is within walking distance to the downtown and near the lakeside walking hiking trails, allowing tenants to enjoy the best of what Yellowknife has to offer. Overall, it is a great place to live and call home.

submitted by Manpreet S. - |Recommended: NoBetter than Northview — Midwest is better than Northview. Too many issues in the unit, waiting for two months to be fixed. The bedroom door and the closet sliding door are missing. Parking is too far from the unit.

submitted by Centre S. - |Recommended: YesCleanliness — I enjoy living at McNiven but I do have one issue with the cleanliness of the common areas of the building. The carpets are dirty and really need a cleaning. Also before I moved into the apartment I was told that it was freshly painted. I have found this to be quite exaggerated. But all in all this apartment is quite comfortable.
